Quick user guide

How to browse, search and order documents from the Northern Powerhouse Rail: Manchester Connection Bill document store.

  1. Choose a document library

    Select a collection from the terracotta menu bar, for example High Speed Rail (Crewe – Manchester) Bill, January 2022, Additional Provision 1, Land and Property Documents or Information Papers.

  2. Start with the overview

    We suggest beginning with the introductory or guidance section in each library, which explains the context and how documents are organised.

  3. Browse by section

    Once you have opened a library, use the panel on the left to expand sections and select the part you are interested in. Documents for that section will appear on the right.

  4. Search for a document

    Use the Search all documents box at the top of the page to find a document across all active document collections on this site.

  5. Order documents

    Add PDFs to your Basket, then enter your delivery address and pay securely online. You can review your order before payment.

  6. Return to the home page

    Click Home in the top navigation at any time to return to the main welcome page and project overview.
